Creating a best-in-class managed in-house agency requires subject matter experts in the creative industry who can advise and build a team that will align with and exceed an organization’s goals. Unlike staffing agencies that specialize in providing creative talent, Cella’s unique offering provides a total solution led by a team of experts who have dedicated their careers to serving the in-house creative industry.
Our team has become the leading consulting authority on in-house agency challenges, resulting in successful partnerships with well-known brands. In collaboration with our clients, our in-house studio teams have been the recipients of nearly 100 creative industry awards for best-in-class creative work.
Andy oversees operations for Cella’s largest managed in-house creative studio at a Fortune 500 pharmaceutical company. He directly manages and mentors our on-site studio managers, actively participates in governance meetings and serves as our clients’ first point of escalation above the on-site studio managers when necessary. His efforts on behalf of our clients have resulted in award-winning work, quantifiable efficiency gains and overall higher value creation for our client organizations.
Andy has more than 25 years of experience establishing, refining and growing in-house creative teams for a wide variety of corporations in a number of different industries. His passion for the in-house agency community extends beyond his day job as he regularly writes, speaks and advises industry organizations on in-house creative management topics.
Jackie serves as executive sponsor and contributing subject matter expert to all of Cella’s managed in-house studio and consulting engagements. Jackie is a well-regarded thought leader on in-house agency management and operations and has helped hundreds of the largest and most complex in-house agencies in the U.S. to optimize their internal teams and operations.
Jackie has a passion for balancing the creative process with the business objectives of the organization, while providing fulfilling opportunities for the teams involved. She is a University of Maryland graduate who began her career as a designer, subsequently becoming the in-house leader of a large, globally-dispersed creative team before joining Cella.
The success of our managed in-house studios is dependent on our people. Our on-site teams are led by studio managers who are specifically selected to lead an engagement. They each bring strong relationship building experience, personnel management expertise and creative operations proficiencies within in-house creative environments. These leaders are “Cella people”— they ensure the people, process and technology supporting the studio are evolving to meet the organization’s business needs. By positioning the creative teams for success, we allow our talented individual contributors to become high-performing team members.
