Cella coaches partner with creative leaders and their managers to establish and meet performance goals. Our coaching services are conducted at your preferred location, at the convenience of your schedule and in the strictest confidence.

• Thought Partner: A Cella coach available on a retainer basis to meet individually or collectively with creative leadership team members to offer general advice, review documents, offer feedback and other advisory services

• New-to-Role Support: Cella coach meets regularly with new creative leader (from VPs to middle managers) to support onboarding and strategy setting

• Development Coach: Following a change in responsibilities or identification of a development opportunity, a Cella coach will create an individual development plan that addresses the focus areas and then partners with the creative leader accomplish stated goals through regularly scheduled meetings and reviews.
