For the second year-in-a-row, Cella has team up with InSource to benchmark the in-house creative community in order to to learn more about the common practices and challenges of creative services teams. Survey questions will cover funding models, staffing mix, services, technology and the creative process. While broad, the survey will require less than 10 minutes of your time.

Together Cella and InSource will prepare a benchmarking report and distribute the results to participants following close of the survey. These results will provide participants with insights into how peers operate and associated benefits and challenges. We will solicit responses from more than 3,000 creative leaders across industries including companies in media, consumer product goods, financial services, professional services and pharmaceuticals. Our inaugural survey featured data from more than 160 in-house creative departments that represented Fortune 500 companies, as well as middle market companies, educational institutions and non-profit organizations.
All answers provided will be kept confidential and will only be used in a form that will make it impossible to determine the identity of the individual responses. That is, the survey responses will not be integrated, analyzed, or reported in any way in which the confidentiality of the survey responses is not absolutely guaranteed.
