Beyond the CreativeŽ Seminars

Beyond the Creative is Cella’s two-day training seminar specifically designed for in-house creative leaders. More than 350 creative leaders have attended this seminar since its inception—many of which have attended multiple sessions.

Unlike large conferences, our events are capped at 50 attendees to provide an intimate forum for learning and networking. In addition to formal presentations offered by subject matter experts, the format includes breakout sessions for like-minded creative leaders to collaborate, fostering great connections.

Attendees also take home a thumb drive with templates and tools, and gain access to an exclusive LinkedIn group to continue the conversations following the training.

Beyond the Creative 5: The In-House Hack

As leaders of creative teams one of our primary contributions to the success of our groups is either pro- or reactively solving problems. In the current vernacular this practice is often referred to as “the hack”—formally characterized as “an appropriate application of ingenuity.”

The In-House Hack offers strategies and tactics covering a variety of topics affecting in-house creative teams. Topics include collaborative culture, meetings, workload, leadership practices, technology tools, purpose and strategy.

New format: Information-intensive short-form presentations called “hacklets” will address tactical best practices and new “ask the expert” sessions will give you the opportunity to address issues unique to your workplace challenges.
