Susan leads a one-day intensive training for all in-house agency client-facing personnel. She concentrates the content on role-playing, problem solving, and teaching workshop participants to help the client understand the value of partnering with the in-house agency.

From project kick-off meetings to job numbers and design briefs, Susan has improved the creative lifecycle where companies accomplish the goals they have set. Susan has developed and implemented design briefs in which they are used as project plans, clarification and capture of client needs and review tools to assess design solutions to project objectives.

Susan has led Creative teams to a reputation within corporations as ‘Branding Experts.’ Through consistently applying the corporate brand on a daily basis, guiding clients on how to properly use the brand, and addressing brand usage in presenting materials to clients, the building blocks of establishing brand expertise can be put into place. Susan also facilitated the strategic working relationship between the Creative team and Corporate Marketing to help drive brand leadership throughout the corporation.
